David earned a Master of Science Degree from Washington University School of Medicine’s Program in Occupational Therapy in 1998 then earned his Hand Certification through the Hand Therapy Certification Commission in 2004. He has achieved success in the treatment of a wide variety of upper extremity diagnoses, including flexor and extensor tendon injuries, complex multi-trauma, nerve injuries, and CMC Osteoarthritis.
